Shellfish

At O’Peregrino we work every day with the finest shellfish, selected straight from the fish market. Most of it is served by weight, so availability and price may vary with the weather at sea, the season or the natural scarcity of certain pieces. If you would like a particular shellfish, do not hesitate to ask for it 24 hours in advance: we will do everything we can to bring it in… as long as the sea allows.
