On February 12, we received a visit from Marta, a reporter for the program “Aqui la Tierra” of “La 1 de TVE”. We spoke with her about the excellence of Fish and Seafood from the Coasts of Galicia. We had the opportunity to show the viewers of the program how one of the most demanded dishes by our customers because of its simplicity and flavour is the “Flamed Lobster”.
