"Marisquería O’Peregrino" has been run for more than 30 years and until his retirement by Juan Miramontes, giving good service to his customers and excellent quality in all dishes. Since the end of 2020, the direction has changed, but the philosophy with which “O’Peregrino” was born has been maintained.
Now the direction is run by Alejandro Sanahuja, entrepreneur and great lover of Galician gastronomy, who went through the "Hofmann Hospitality School" in Barcelona to get up to date with new culinary techniques, always based on tradicional Galician kitchen based on best quality Fish and Seafood products.
